FIND MY HEART
This game is to be played by couples (no age bar) only, and to be enjoyed by the entire gathering. A line of men radomly stands, back-toback to a line of women so that people in the two lines cannot see eath other. One by one, each woman calls out aloud “where’s my heart?” or”Sanu dil khoya ji” or any other code that only her spouse can understand. Calling out names is not allowed. The woman’s husband, or boyfried standing in the line behind will call back “Here I am, Dear! Or “Itthe hai”. Then they can see each other and if they are correct, they can walk out as a couple who have found each other. Those who keep on failing have to change their places and continue calling till they finally find their partner. The bride and the groom may also participate in the game.

ANTAKSHARI
Though this game is oft played at many weddings, it still retains its magic to bring the gathering together to share the moments of gaiety. The gathering is divided into two teams- the gents and the ladies. Age is no bar. One or two accessories may be halpful, like dholaks, a guitar….. anything that someone can play on. Only songs related to wedding or romance are allowed ladies’ team starts off the chain of melodies. The losers are supposed to blow kisses on the other team.

YOU FASCINATE ME
One person will invite people/volunteers from the gathering (men and women, no age bar) one by one and ask them to give three dues about any person of the opposite sex from the gathering that fascinates him/her. The dues can be like the colour of the dress, shoes, the hair, anything that the person is wearing on the particular day. The person giving the description has to keep his/her eyes shut while giving the dues so as not to look around for dues. A group of young people will hunt out the person from the gathering and bring the two people together.

PILLOW TALK
A pillow is held between the shoulders of the bride and the groom so that both cannot see each other. The young people in the groom’s party prepare a questionnaire. These will be questions to which both the bride and the groom will reply to in “Yes” or “No” just by nodding their heads. Since they cannot see each other, they can’t know what the other is replying. The questions can be as simple and light-hearted as- “Have you found your dream partner?” and “Are you going to play the Big Boss at home?” and “If your partner gets angry, will you be the one who’ll do the pampering?” plus questions on their likes and dislikes etc. for the gathering, it is great fun to watch the newly wed couple reply similarly or differently to each query. One person keeps tab of how many times the couple have given the same reply and acordingly gives them the title of “I want to know you better- couple” if the score is less, and “Two hearts, yet one soul- couple” if their score is high. This game can also be played by more couples where the one couple which scroes the most number of similar replies is adjudged the “two hearts, yet one soul- couple”.
